LSE performed full-time construction inspection and testing services for MDOT’s Cadillac TSC on US-10 in Osceola County. The project included 4.71 miles of HMA cold milling and resurfacing, single course chip sealing, fiber reinforced bituminous membrane, and pavement markings.
Due to the high traffic volume on US-10 near the US-131 ramps, a portion of the work was performed at night which made site safety a top priority. As always, the team had to work closely with a variety of contractors to ensure specifications were met and a quality product was built.
